In 2017, Sous les fraises creates the first range of urban delicatessen with local artisans involved in the environmental transition and the rehabilitation of craft practices in the city. 

To enhance the taste, together we produce original and high-quality products, fruits of the work and the know-how of passionate individuals. 

The fruits, vegetables and herbs are cultivated through vertical permaculture and harvested by the Sous les fraises market gardeners.

A few minutes only after the harvest, these fresh products join the shop, the distillery or the microbrewery.

The entire range is then offered for sale in the Ile-de-France region : directly in the farm from the building or on line.
